I have purchased floral arrangements from Secret Garden, for many years, I have always been thoroughly satisfied with products and service.
Staff is wonderfully competent and extremely helpful during the entire process. I purchased flowers from many different companies throughout the years but i cant see myself going anywhere else from now on. Take one look at the wedding arrangements they produce and you will understand! A+ in every category

Granted, you very well may see me as some young prick, but I've worked and picked my way throguh many a website at this point in my life - of every and any customer service, and honestly, if I can't fight my way throguh yours, I don't know how you expect anyone else to. Or how you'd expect their additional business after the fact (though you're still in business so God bless those merry few).
Hadn't even ordered anything, was trying to check out the website to see about ordering or what was offered and spent far longer than necessary trying to click throguh apparently almost non-existent buttons one after another - which lead to no help at all in the end.
But as any casual soccer mom might say after the fact,
The flowers were delivered promptly for which I am thankful for. I am surprised at how small the bouquet was. Looks nice, but I would have expected more. Totally my bad for not going myself.
I feel like sure, I've heard good things about you guys having lived in the area for my entire life, but this off puts me for some reason. If you're trying to have a full blown website, in such a narrow market, lets at least TRY to make it work properly for all skill sets.
